Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you'll help coordinate the technical and day-to-day delivery of multi-residential projects across Brisbane. This is a hands-on site-based role for someone who wants meaningful responsibility, strong exposure to the complete construction process and a clear pathway toward Project Engineer or similar.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and site activities
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information
- Managing RFIs, shop drawings, samples and approvals
- Coordinating inspections and maintaining construction records
- Assisting with procurement and short-term programming
- Monitoring quality, safety and compliance
- Identifying design and construction issues early
- Following issues through to a practical resolution
- Supporting commissioning, defects and project close-out

About you

- A qualification in engineering, construction management or a related discipline
- Approximately 1–3 years' experience with a commercial builder




- Exposure to multi-residential or commercial construction
- Strong attention to detail and technical capability
- Clear and confident communication
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to organise priorities and follow through on commitments
- A genuine interest in developing into a well-rounded construction professional
