The Chance

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Property Officer to join a well-established and independently owned real estate business in West Pennant Hills.





This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to break into the property industry or take the next step after gaining some initial experience. Working alongside three experienced Property Managers across a portfolio of approximately 400 properties, you’ll gain valuable exposure to all aspects of property management.

You’ll be joining a close-knit team where training, support and career development are genuinely valued.

The Role

- Supporting three Property Managers across approximately 400 properties
- Assisting with ingoing and routine inspections
- Conducting open homes
- Conducting private inspections
- Assisting with tenant and owner enquiries
- General property management administration
- Ad hoc duties and team support
- Gaining exposure to the day-to-day operations of a busy property management department

About You

- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous real estate or property experience is advantageous but not essential
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Positive, switched-on and eager to learn
- Genuine interest in building a career in property management
