Mt Coolum Golf Club is an 18-hole golf course located at the foot of the iconic Mount Coolum on Queensland’s beautiful Sunshine Coast. Renowned for its picturesque setting and quality playing conditions, the Club is a popular destination for both members and public golfers.
We are seeking an energetic, reliable and committed Groundsperson/Greenkeeper to join our Course Maintenance Team on a permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Operation, cleaning and basic maintenance of a wide range of golf course machinery and equipment
- Maintenance and monitoring of irrigation systems




- Application of chemicals and fertilisers in accordance with relevant requirements
- Daily golf course set-up
- General maintenance and housekeeping of workshop and maintenance areas
- Rubbish collection and removal
- General course and grounds maintenance
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation across the course and surrounds
- Working safely and efficiently as part of the Course Maintenance Team

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic
- Well organised with a strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and capable of undertaking the requirements of the role
- Available to work early morning shifts, including weekdays and weekends
- Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a high standard of work

Ideally, You Will Have

- Previous experience in golf course or grounds maintenance, or a similar role
- ACDC/chemical application licence
- Chainsaw licence
- Valuable knowledge of turf and grounds maintenance machinery
- Basic knowledge of irrigation systems
- A genuine interest in golf course presentation and maintenance
