We are looking for a passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our beautiful 29-place boutique early childhood service.

About the role

As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you will work alongside our team to provide high-quality education and care within a nurturing, engaging and child-focused environment.

- Building secure and respectful relationships with children
- Creating engaging learning environments and experiences
- Contributing to observations, programming and documentation
- Supporting children's individual interests, strengths and development
- Developing positive partnerships with families




- Working collaboratively with your fellow educators
- Supporting the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Maintaining high standards of supervision, child safety and compliance
- Contributing ideas and initiatives that continue to strengthen our service

About you

We would love to hear from you if you:

- Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Hold a current NSW Working With Children Check
- Have a national police check or willingness to obtain
- Have a genuine passion for working with young children
- Understand the importance of active supervision and child-safe practice
- Are warm, reliable and professional
- Enjoy being part of a close-knit team
- Have a positive understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- Value strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
