Village Cinemas in Hobart is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to lead the team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional visit from entry to exit. Reporting to site leadership, you will drive service excellence and maintain venue standards.

You will train staff on Service Steps, supervise shifts, handle guest escalations, and support POS operations while upholding a welcoming atmosphere and high standards.
