Trainer & Assessors – Vocational Education & Training (VET)

In this role, you will deliver engaging, compliant and student-focused training and assessment services while supporting positive learner outcomes across a range of vocational programs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the aged care industry and education who also values quality training, compliance, excellence in delivery and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver inclusive, interactive and engaging training and assessment
- Maintain accurate student and assessment records within required timeframes
- Support students to achieve course progression and completion milestones
- Contribute to effective flexible and solution-focused training strategies
- Participate in validation and continuous improvement activities
- Maintain trainer competency, industry currency and professional development requirements
- Promote training programs and support student welfare outcomes
- Ensure compliance with RTO standards,



policies and legislative requirements

About you

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent
- Current vocational qualifications relevant to training/industry areas
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the VET sector
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work within compliance frameworks and meet reporting requirements
- Sound computer skills
- Current Driver Licence
- Working With Children Check
- Federal Police Check for Aged Care and Disability
- More than 2 years' experience in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability Support
