We are seeking a talented Sales Business Development Manager to join our Sales team in QLD to manage and develop existing territories. Reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Manager and working with the wider national team, you will manage a portfolio of customers.

You will drive business growth through sales and distribution of paint accessories and tools.

You will manage a wide variety of Independent and Corporate retailers under your responsibility.

You will actively worktowards sales targets, executebrand plans andeducatecustomers on key features and benefits.

Manage your territory sales budgets.

You will complete weekly call plans and provide feedback about the market

Travel involved to FNQ, Rockhampton, Bundaberg & Northern NSW.

About you

You will have sales experience within Hardware, Paint Specialty or Industrial (would be advantageous) or a similar consumer goods industry.

A confident relationship builder with outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.





You have strong attention to detail and the ability to influence effective outcomes based on sound reasoning and advice.

Demonstrates a ‘winning together’ mindset by understanding the perspectives of others, creating a positive team culture, managing emotions and maintaining solid bonds.

Takes ownership of development and improvement, demonstrating awareness of behaviour and adapting based on feedback.

Have the ability to understand and identify commercial opportunities, being aware of business drivers and are up-to-date with industry knowledge.

Experience with Microsoft Office & CRM applications.
