UniActive at UOW Pulse is hiring a full time Customer Service Coordinator to deliver outstanding front desk service to members, students and visitors while supporting daily operations at our facilities.

You will work with the Finance & Facilities Manager and Membership Coordinator, oversee the roster and timesheets for the Customer Service Officer team, and lead training on front reception systems and procedures.
