We're looking for a Trade Assistant to join our growing team with fully maintained company vehicle
The suitable candidate will ideally have some of this experience working in the
kitchen/cabinetry industry, although not essential. You will have the ability and willingness to learn quickly and and have outstanding attention to detail so as to become a valuable team member. Our team is a highly collaborative team where everyone is there for the rest of the team. Being able to rely on each other is a non-negotiable.
It is a necessity that you have some experience working with power tools.
Dream Doors Kitchens specialises in doing kitchen, bathroom and laundry facelifts along with amazing complete new kitchens.
The successful applicant will work alongside our team in the following key functions:
- Collecting and loading kitchen cabinetry, benchtops and hardware from
- suppliers and our warehouse, and delivering to the installers on site
- Assisting the installers on site and develop skills to take on more responsibility
- A willingness to learn the trade and be part of a team
- Heavy lifting and manual labour
- Dealing with customers and suppliers in a professional manner
Dream Doors Kitchens is an International Brand, and we are looking for a person to drive our branded vehicle with a full clean drivers licence and who has the physical capacity to manage manual labour and heavy lifting to join our fast growing, family orientated and friendly team on jobs based in the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay areas.
Representing the Dream Doors Kitchens brand, you will need to be well presented, hardworking, courteous, friendly, honest, reliable and with a clean, tidy, organised work ethic. The ideal candidate will also be expected to take extra care when collecting, loading and delivering our supplies. As part of this role you will be expected to liaise well with our clients, sub trades, suppliers and the Dream Doors team.
The successful candidate must have the ability to work alone, safely and efficiently.
