Hyne Group is seeking an Order Management & Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Brisbane team. You will own the end-to-end order fulfilment process, coordinating with Sales, Production, Warehousing and Freight to ensure orders are processed, planned and delivered on time and safely.
You will communicate with customers and internal teams, resolve issues quickly, and continually improve processes to enhance the customer experience.
