Mind Australia Limited seeks an Intake and Brief Intervention Practitioner (Headspace Box Hill) to work part time in Melbourne's Eastern Region. You will engage with young people, coordinate care with families, and link clients to local supports through a recovery-focused, strength-based approach.

Working in a multi-disciplinary team, you will develop group programs, document interventions, and contribute to improving youth mental health outcomes across services.
