About the role
n
We are seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) activities across Tennis Australia, working closely with the wider Finance team and stakeholders across the business. You will play a key role in delivering financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. By providing meaningful analysis, reporting and forecasting, you will help drive organisational performance while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance business outcomes.

In this role you will:
n
n
- Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting and performance analysis, delivering insights and commentary to support business decision-making and organisational performance.
n
- Support the preparation, consolidation and review of Tennis Australia's annual budget and forecasting processes.
n
- Partner with stakeholders and Finance Business Partners across key business areas to deliver financial analysis, reporting and commercial support.
n
- Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to enhance organisational outcomes.
n
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A; processes, reporting and systems, while supporting external reporting requirements,
audits and ad hoc analysis.
n

Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia.
n
To be successful in this role you will have:
n
n
- Proven experience within a complex organisation, professional services environment, or similar.
n
- Strong financial analysis, modelling and advanced Excel skills, with experience working across financial systems and reporting platforms.
n
- Demonstrated ability to identify, implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Appropriate qualifications including a bachelor's degree, with CA or CPA accreditation (or currently working towards completion).
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation.
n
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
n
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia.
