The Role
- Design and development of commercial-scale solar and battery systems
- Electrical calculations, including voltage rise
- Design certification and compliance documentation
- Energex connection agreements and network requirements
- Site inspections and engineering support
- Commissioning network connections and grid protection devices
- Reviewing designs against Australian Standards
- Working closely with QTPs, electricians, project teams and directors
About You
We are open to all levels; Graduate through to Senior/RPEQ!
We're looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Solar, renewable,
battery or power systems experience preferred, but not essential
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards and compliance
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with technical reporting and documentation
- A genuine interest in renewable energy
RPEQ is preferred, however support will be provided to the right candidate to obtain their RPEQ.
