We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator. They must be confident in their skills and experience working as part of our accounts team. The role, based at our Paget office - Monday to Friday offers a great work-life balance and positive work workplace.
Applicants will require the following experience:
MYOB (Accounts Receivable, Payable & Payroll)
Microsoft Office 365 (working in the cloud)
Microsoft Excel - ADVANCED SKILLS
Duties include:
MYOB data entry for accounts and payroll.
Work order management
Day to day administration of projects
Completion of progress claims and billing of Adhoc claims
Ideal candidates will possess a business qualification to Cert III and advanced Excel skills.
