Available Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist to help our clients enhance their communication abilities. The caseload will focus on supporting children, teens and their families, with the option to include adult services. You will be required to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualised treatment plans, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Key skills include the ability to perform detailed assessments of speech, language, and communication, implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and demonstrate high-level communication skills. Full-time, part-time and contractor roles are considered. Eligible applicants are required to have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution and valid registration with Speech Pathology Australia.





The successful candidate will be required to:

Maintain meticulous treatment notes and complete high-quality reports.

Provide evidence-based interventions and care across multiple conditions.

Collaborate with the team whilst working independently in their own caseload.

Engage in professional development and demonstrate a passion for ongoing growth and innovative health care.

We have developed a sustainable caseload model, with a focus on quality client care balanced perfectly with non-clinical time. Your billable hours will comprise only 65% of your working week, with the remaining time available for client contact, documentation, report writing, resource development, and other activities. To further enhance your time and experience, you will receive on-site operational supervision and full administrative support from our experienced Practice Manager and Client Engagement team. The best part is a fully stocked resource room ready to create fun with your clients.

Remuneration

For full-time and part-time employment, remuneration packages are negotiated relating to your experience and needs. We welcome conversations about what motivates you and what is important to include in your remuneration package. Contractor remuneration offers will be discussed at the interview.
