Based inRutherford,this role is ideal for someone who excels at scheduling and coordination, ensuring customer service and repair activities are completed in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for developing planning activities and schedules while working closely with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

What you’ll actually be doing
In this role, you will:
Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs and installation work.
Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Work closely with planners,
technicians and operational teams to keep jobs running smoothly.
Manage work orders, invoicing, stock allocation and other administrative tasks.
Monitor schedules, maintenance dates and asset records to ensure accuracy.
Prepare reports and provide updates on planning and operational performance.
Maintain accurate records, support process improvements and assist with team coverage when required.
About You
You will bring:

Being able tobeflexible andadapt to changingsituations/work schedules
Experience in supporting internal & external customers witha high levelof customer service
A current Driver's Licence
Ability to commit toa 6-month contract
