Mono Constructions is an established Sydney builder specialising in medium-density Class 2 apartment and commercial projects.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven background delivering $30M+ Class 2 residential projects to take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a major project from planning through to completion.

The Role
You will take overall ownership of project delivery, leading the project team and managing key client, commercial and delivery outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead a major Class 2 residential project from planning through to handover.
- Manage programme, budget, commercial performance and project risk.
- Lead client, consultant, superintendent and key stakeholder relationships.
- Drive design coordination, procurement, approvals and project reporting.
- Lead PCGs and key project meetings.
- Ensure quality, NCC/BCA,
DBPA and WHSE compliance.
- Lead, develop and support the project team.
About You
- Proven builder-side Project Manager / Senior Project Manager experience on Class 2 residential projects valued at $30M+.
- Strong commercial, programme and project delivery capability.
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Project.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
