The Role:
- Returning with email & phone inquiries
- Shadow the best agents in the Eastern Suburbs
- Database Calls - Warm leads
- Prospecting for new listings - Cold Calls, Door Knocking, Letter Box Drops
- Attending Open Homes, Property Photo Shoots & Pest & Building Inspections
- Shadowing the Agent at Market Appraisals and Listing Presentations
- Callbacks after open for inspections
Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate must be determined and not afraid to make calls / get out there and be involved with the community. You must also display the following:
- Previous experience in Real Estate is desired but not essential
- Certificate of Registration and Car
- Strong Communication Skills
- Immaculate & Professional Presentation
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Self-motivation and desire to succeed
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (time off in lieu during the week)
