Due to continued business growth, we’re seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team at our Villawood location. This position can be offered on either a full-time permanent role or part time permanent role, depending on the successful candidate’s experience and availability.

Key Responsibilities
- Allocate and process daily customer orders, including printing pick slips and generating invoices
- Coordinate freight bookings and communicate with transport providers to ensure timely dispatch
- Manage product returns in line with company procedures
- Act as the first point of contact for warehouse-related enquiries, including parcel deliveries and general support
- Provide administrative support to the warehouse and operations team as required
- Maintain document records and ensure weekly distribution to relevant departments
- Assist with other warehouse duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Warehouse Administrator
- Minimum 1 year experience with CHEP pallet control (preferred but not required)
- Confident using computer systems such as SAP, Excel, and other WMS platforms
- Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety standards
- Ability to multitask effectively
- High attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Storeperson (preferred but not required)
- Valid forklift licence (preferred but not required)
- Valuable command of English, with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, including writing professional emails and communicating effectively with a diverse range of people.
