About Us

Gold Coast Allied Health is a brand-new multidisciplinary clinic opening on 14 September in the heart of Robina. We provide contemporary consulting rooms and professional support for independent allied health practitioners looking to establish or grow their private practice.

Our growing multidisciplinary team includes Sport Psychology, General Psychology, Counselling, Osteopathy, Massage Therapy, Nutrition/Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Naturopathy.

With one consulting room remaining, we're looking for the right allied health clinician to complete our team. We are open to practitioners from a wide range of allied health disciplines and are interested in finding someone whose services complement our existing team.

Located at 1/138 Robina Town Centre Drive, Robina, the clinic sits within a busy healthcare precinct alongside a GP clinic, providing excellent opportunities for collaboration and cross-referrals.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an Allied Health Clinician to join Gold Coast Allied Health as an independent practitioner.

This is an opportunity to operate and grow your own private practice from a brand-new, modern clinic without the hassle of setting up and managing your own premises.

This is not an employee role. You'll operate your own independent practice, maintain control over your professional services, set your own fees and manage your own schedule, while benefiting from a professional clinic environment and shared support.

- 70/30 split — you retain 70% of your billings, with the 30% clinic fee covering your room, reception and marketing support

About You

- Holds relevant qualifications, registration and/or professional association membership for their discipline

- Maintains appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance

- Is interested in establishing or growing an independent private practice

- Values working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team

- Has strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach

- Would bring a valuable and complementary service to our existing team

How This Works

You'll operate as an independent practitioner under a services agreement. You maintain your independence and professional autonomy while paying a facilities and services fee in exchange for access to a dedicated consulting room, reception support, marketing and the broader clinic environment.

You retain responsibility for your own professional practice, clinical decision-making and professional obligations.
