Wests Group Macarthur is seeking a Senior AML/CTF Compliance Officer to lead our AML/CTF program across gaming venues and strengthen regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the CFO, you will manage a team of analysts, collaborate with gaming leaders and regulators, and drive practical controls and training.

This senior role offers exposure to governance, risk initiatives and development opportunities within a growing hospitality group.
