Due to business growth, we’re hiring a Settlements Lead at Ingenia’s Lifestyle Gordonvale site. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role is a Sales Associate‑style position that supports customers from deposit through to settlement, guiding them through contracts, timelines and next steps, and keeping momentum until settlement day.

Key Responsibilities

- Support a portfolio of customers from deposit through to settlement.
- Guide customers through contracts, timelines and next steps in plain English.
- Proactively manage milestones, documentation and follow‑ups to keep sales moving.
- Act as the key point of contact, building trust and keeping excitement high throughout the journey.
- Work closely with Sales,



Legal and Delivery teams to remove blockers and keep deals progressing.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking through our CRM system.

About You

- Enjoy building relationships and empathetically supporting customers through big life decisions.
- Like managing multiple clients at different stages of a journey.
- Are proactive, organised and naturally follow things through.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, especially simplifying complex information.
- Have experience in property, real estate, sales support, or similar customer‑facing roles.
