We are looking for a Project Coordinator to be part of our growing Sydney-based team. These roles will oversee façade projects from early design coordination through to final installation, offering exposure to a range of commercial developments.
- Reviewing engineering documents and ensuring design compliance
- Managing materials ordering, tracking, and records
- Overseeing sample submissions and approvals
- Liaising with local and international suppliers and consultants
- Managing subcontractors and in office installation
- Supervising deliveries, quality checks and defect reporting
- Monitoring project schedules and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Supporting on-site teams with installation guidelines and QA
To be successful in this role, you will have
- A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction
- Good understanding of Australian Standards and façade design systems
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
