Working as part of the Production team, you will manufacture batches of epoxy adhesive products while following established production procedures, safety requirements and quality standards. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, operating machinery, working as part of a team and taking pride in producing quality products.
Key responsibilities
- Operating mixing, blending and filling machinery
- Accurately weighing, measuring and loading raw materials
- Following batch sheets, production instructions and SOPs
- Monitoring production processes and completing quality checks
- Completing production records, labels and other required documentation
- Operating a forklift to safely move raw materials and finished products
- Cleaning and maintaining production equipment and work areas
- Following all WHS, chemical handling and PPE requirements
About you
- A current HRW forklift licence is essential
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, process work or a similar hands-on environment preferred
- Good mechanical aptitude and confidence working around machinery
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to perform manual handling and physical production tasks
- Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
- A strong work ethic, reliability and commitment to quality
- A genuine willingness to learn and develop recent skills
