Working within a Workforce Australia specialist contract; Ex-Offenders Program as an Employment consultant means taking on the challenging yet fulfilling responsiblei... This role requires resilience, outstanding conflict resolution abilities, and a track record of meeting KPIs. If you're passionate about making a positive impact on individuals' lives and communities, this position is perfect for you!

This role is full time, fixed term until 30 June 2027 based in our Southport office. Working hours 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday, in office.

- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Digitally savvy – intermediate computer skills
- Previous administration experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet KPI’s
- Ability to resolve complex client situations with resilience and maturity
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no outcomes
