Job Description
Attainable Care is seeking Disability/Mental Health Support Workers in Kalimna (Kalimna, VIC) to deliver services to NDIS participants. You will provide personalised support, build relationships with participants and families, and implement individualized plans to promote independence and social inclusion.
Earn a competitive pay rate of $36-42 per hour, with penalties for evenings, weekends and overtime, plus $1.01 per km between shifts.
Travel and accommodation is included.
