What We're Looking For

n

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Minimum 12 months recent Aged Care experience
n
- Experience with care planning, documentation & aged care standards
n
- Current National Police Check
n
- Full Australian working rights
n

What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering high-quality nursing care to older residents

- Completing assessments & managing clinical care plans

- Overseeing medication administration & documentation
