Manufacturing Improvement Lead, Edinburgh, South Australia.

Working alongside experienced manufacturing leaders and production teams, you will gain hands‑on experience in a high‑performing manufacturing operation while leading improvement projects, solving real operational challenges, and building your capability for a long‑term career with CMTP.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Analysing production performance and identifying improvement opportunities
- Solving operational challenges using data and practical problem‑solving
- Improving workflow, efficiency and labour productivity
- Working closely with production teams to reduce downtime
- Supporting safety, quality and operational excellence
- Coaching and developing production employees
- Leading improvement projects from concept through to implementation

No two days will be the same, and you will have genuine ownership of projects that create a real difference in the performance of our manufacturing operations.

Qualifications or experience in any of the following would be highly regarded

- Process, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering Studies
- Business or Management studies
- Leadership and Safety experience
- Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing experience
