Choices Flooring Erina is seeking an exceptional Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Erina, NSW 2250. This full time role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our leading flooring retail business.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through the process of selecting the perfect flooring solution for their needs
- Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge to educate customers on the features and benefits of our high-quality flooring range
- Achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversion
- Working as part of a team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintaining a visually appealing and well-stocked showroom including updating price stickers
- Administrative tasks in all sales processes from start to finish
What we're looking for
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement, retail or construction industries
- A passion for interior design and home improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- In-depth product knowledge or a keen interest in learning about flooring solutions
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
