Your role
Registry Officers work autonomously and within a team to provide more complex and high-quality administrative services throughout the courts. These roles will be "hands on" in a fast paced, high pressure yet enjoyable workplace. Some tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with a wide range of internal and external clients by providing high quality client services, including by responding to client inquiries on routine procedural matters accurately and clearly and in a courteous and timely manner face to face, by phone or in writing, recording action taken and following up where required.
- Contributing to the efficient running of the courts.
- Preparing files, courts and correspondence for Court and processing court documents (including subpoena material and exhibits) and court outcomes to ensure rules and requirements are met.
