PROGRAMMED Energy and Resources is seeking a Training & Induction Coordinator / Scheduler to join our Industrial Maintenance team in Muswellbrook. You will play a key part in ensuring our workforce is trained, compliant, inducted and ready to support operational requirements.
Working closely with Operations, HR, HSE and site leaders, you’ll schedule labour resources, manage training compliance and deliver internal inductions. The role offers a 12-month maternity cover and a Monday–Friday roster.
