Xylem is seeking a Service Center Associate at our Brisbane branch to coordinate service activities, schedule technicians for maintenance and repair works, and deliver aftermarket support. You will handle quotations, maintain service records, manage reports, and ensure excellent customer service to partners in utilities, industry and buildings.
You will build long-term relationships with customers, input purchase orders, track progress, and help keep registers compliant.
