They are seeking a Digital Marketing Content Producer to support the delivery of engaging digital experiences across websites, email campaigns and emerging AI-powered channels. This opportunity is ideal for a Digital Marketing Coordinator, Content Producer or potentially a Graduate with 1-2 years of experience looking to develop their skills within a cooperative and forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update website content through a CMS platform.
- Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across web, email and social channels.
- Create and manage landing pages, digital assets and online forms.
- Assist with the creation, testing and deployment of EDM campaigns.
- Ensure content is accurate, engaging and aligned to brand standards.
- Support website testing, quality assurance and content optimisation activities.
- Assist with the rollout and ongoing enhancement of AI-enabled digital experiences.
- Monitor digital performance and provide insights to improve engagement and user experience.
- Work closely with marketing,
digital and external stakeholders to deliver successful digital initiatives.
About You
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content production, website administration or a similar role.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS).
- Exposure to EDM or marketing automation platforms.
- Strong written communication and content editing skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of digital analytics and reporting.
- Interest in digital innovation, AI technologies and online customer experiences.
- Exposure to HTML/CSS, SEO or creative design tools is advantageous but not essential.
