Job Description
The Shift People is seeking an experienced Program Worker – Domestic & Family Violence to support women and families across the Northern Rivers, including Lismore, Tweed Heads and Ballina. This hands-on, practice-focused role requires a robust understanding of DFV, homelessness, risk management and the practical supports available to women experiencing violence.
You will work across services and assist Team Leaders in delivering trauma-informed, client-centered support while ensuring safety and quality of care.
