General Labourer to Be Trained in Painting

We are looking for a motivated employee to join our team with the prospect to gain hands-on experience in potentially protective coatings, sandblasting, and painting/decorating. This role offers full training on the job, as well as the chance to complete a Certificate III in Painting and Decorating. No prior experience is required - just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What you will do:

- Assist with surface preparation and protective coating application
- Learn sandblasting techniques and equipment operation
- Support painting and decorating tasks
- Work safely as part of a team and independently
- Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills

Skills & Attributes Required:

- No experience required, full training provided
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Honest, reliable, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
