Credit Operations Administrator

About the Role

The Credit Administrator is responsible for delivering all backend and administrative functions associated with Credit Management Operations.

- Maintain the Credit Management mailboxes and associated tasks.
- Funds transfer and refund requests.
- Action bounced back refunds.
- Disconnection for non-payment and associated tasks.
- Action queries/requests raised by Mercantile Agents.
- Assist with the credit legal/bankruptcy process and associated tasks and enquiries.
- Provide back up support to the Credit Receipting role.
- Experience/exposure to a Credit Management workplace
- Understands the importance of relationship management
- Proven interpersonal skills with high quality written and verbal communication skills
- Goal orientated
- Strong and proven strategic and conceptual skills




- Intermediate MS Excel Skills
