Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a State Performance Lead for South East Queensland North. In this permanent, full time role you will work with the State Manager and leadership teams to ensure Centre Directors perform at high standards and to develop empowered, informed, adaptive leaders.
You will monitor performance using data and insights, oversee line management for Centre Directors, and collaborate with state support teams to align centre needs with performance goals.
