Workfast is currently seeking experienced Driller Offsiders for FIFO roles departing straight out of Brisbane to work across mining projects in regional Queensland. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with strong earning potential and consistent rosters.

Workfast is a labour hire company working with some of Australia's largest and leading companies. We operate nationwide across multiple industries and are currently seeking dedicated Driller Offsiders to join our Mining & Drilling Team.
You will be part of a motivated crew working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring drilling operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Drillers with daily drilling operations on site
- Handling drill rods, tooling, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and secure work environment
- Follow all site safety procedures and instructions
- Manual handling and physically demanding labouring tasks
- Supporting general site operations as required
What You Bring to the Team:
- Standard 11 (Statement of Attainment) - Mandatory
- HR Driver's Licence - Mandatory
- RII Tele-handler Ticket - Mandatory
- Coal Board Medical
- White Card
- Previous experience as a Driller Offsider or in a similar mining/labouring role highly regarded
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle physically demanding work
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
