About the role:

This is more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You'llbe the key coordinator behind a busy Directorate, managingexecutive workflow, complex schedules, high-level correspondenceand sensitive stakeholder matters that help shape our growingcommunity.

What you’ll be doing:

- Managing the Director's diary, correspondence and executivepriorities
- Preparing reports, briefings and high-quality executivedocumentation
- Coordinating Elected Member enquiries and stakeholdercommunications




- Supporting Directorate meetings, action tracking and keyprojects
- Monitoring budgets, invoices and administrativeprocesses
- Building robust relationships across the organisation whiledriving continuous improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Experience supporting senior executives in a complexorganisation
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Sound judgement, discretion and professionalism
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to workautonomously

Pre-employment requirements:

- Current C-Class Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance
- Right to work in Australia
