360 Personnel is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join their client's growing team based in Gregory Hills. The client delivers civil works across council and local government projects and is looking for a capable estimator to play a key role in pricing upcoming projects, preparing competitive tenders and supporting the business through the pre-construction process.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for civil and council projects
- Review project plans, specifications, scopes and tender documentation
- Complete quantity take-offs and cost analysis
- Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare tender submissions and supporting documentation
- Identify project risks, exclusions and potential cost variations
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams




- Assist with tender negotiations and handover to the delivery team
- Maintain estimating records, pricing databases and project documentation
- Ensure estimates are prepared accurately and within required deadlines

About you

- Experience estimating council, local government or civil infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and costs
- Ability to interpret civil drawings, plans and specifications
- Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
