Pegasus Community Care is seeking an experienced House Coordinator to manage a therapeutic residential care home in the Parramatta region. The role combines direct youth work, staff guidance, and administration to support protected, compliant operation.

The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday focus, including morning/afternoon shifts, on-call responsibilities and occasional weekends. Attention to documentation and care plans is essential.
