EBP Delivery Manager – Microsoft Power Platform
Contract End Date:30 June 2028
Hours:40 hours per week
Location:Brisbane, QLD
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced EBP Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse and Dynamics 365.
This is a long-term opportunity to work within a complex enterprise technology environment, partnering with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives, governance requirements and delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of work packages from initiation through to go-live and support.
- Manage delivery roadmaps, scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets and resource allocation.
- Identify and manage risks, issues and cross-team dependencies.
- Ensure delivery meets governance, compliance, QA and technology standards.
- Promote scalable architectures, reusable components and low-code/no-code practices.
- Act as a key point of contact for business and technology stakeholders.
- Facilitate planning sessions, status meetings, demonstrations and progress updates.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical delivery plans.
- Monitor delivery metrics including velocity, burn-downs and KPIs.
- Partner with Project Managers to align sprint and release planning with program timelines.
- Coordinate with Architects, Release Managers, Services teams and external/offshore vendors.
- Support change management, training,
business readiness and solution adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices and stakeholder engagement.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in ICT delivery management or project management, preferably within a Microsoft technology setting.
- Proven experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages and Dynamics 365, or equivalent enterprise platforms.
- Strong experience managing scope, timelines, budgets and resources for medium-to-large work packages.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Experience aligning sprint-based delivery with broader project and program timelines.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Strong risk, issue and dependency management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication, facilitation and coordination skills.
- Experience working within enterprise governance and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive delivery outcomes in a complex environment.
