We are seeking reliable casual, part time and full time Pick Packers to join our team at our Wacol Fulfilment Centre. This is a hands‑on role that involves picking and packing orders, replenishing stock, and frequent manual handling. Successful candidates must be able to safely perform repetitive lifting and physical duties in a fast‑paced warehouse setting.

Opening hours are 5.00am till 8.00pm weekdays and weekends 7.00am till 3.00pm. The roles the

Wacol site are primarily looking to fill will be 12.00pm till 8.00pm shift

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $28.64 per hour for this role. Penalty rates apply after 6.00pm

About the role:

Our Fulfilment Centre plays a vital role in supporting our stores and customers. By accurately packing and delivering our customer online orders in full and on time, we work together to elevate pressure off our stores and exceed customer expectations.

Our Fulfilment Centre operates as a team of around 150 members.



With over 46,000 products on site, ranging from garden care to full house build and everything in between, our stock changes seasonally to best support our customers. We average around 4,000 customer orders each week, supplying mainly to metro areas but can deliver interstate to Tasmania, South Australia and Regional Victoria.

What’s involved:

- Pick and pack customer orders
- Monitor merchandise and replenishment of products
- Contribute positively to the team culture
- Focus on safety and training protocols
- Communicating with the team and leadership

Who we’re looking for:

You’ll need:

Previous experience working in a similar role, with a focus on picking orders and/or cycle counting, product sequencing

Any experience in the trade or building industry would be highly advantageous

Good time management skills and a genuine passion for customer service

Attention to detail is high on your radar

Consistent focus on safety & training standards
