About the Role

Australian Bush Harvest is seeking motivated Labourers and Packers to join our growing team, with an immediate start available.These full-time positions play a key role in the operation of Australia's first mobile game meat processing facility. Successful applicants will assist with the handling, packing and preparation of high-quality wild game meat for distribution throughout New South Wales and interstate markets.The facility will initially be based in Brayton, near MarulanNSW. As a mobile operation, the workplace location is expected to move to other regional areas of New South Wales after approximately six months.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out manual handling, packing and general labouring duties.
- Sort, pack and prepare products to meet production requirements.
- Assist with loading and unloading products, materials and equipment.
- Ensure all activities comply with food safety, HACCP, WHS and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Operate processing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation and cold chain control standards.
- Work collaboratively with the wider production team to maximise operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in labouring, packing, manufacturing, processing or other physically demanding roles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual work throughout the day.
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.




- A commitment to workplace safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn current skills.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work in regional and remote locations.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Manual driver's licence.
- Previous experience in a food processing or meat processing environment.
- NSW Food Handler or Food Safety qualifications.
