What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving bold, creative sales strategies that smash monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Hunting down new business through networking, leveraging our existing customer base, and your own industry street smarts
- Owning and growing a portfolio of loyal clients who love what we do
- Teaming up with Marketing to bring high‑impact campaigns and activations to life
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of trends, competitors, and what’s next
- Feeding insights back to the team to help shape the future of Mexink
- Rolling up your sleeves for weekend events, tastings, markets, and brand activations that put Mexink in the spotlight
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience — liquor industry experience is a massive plus
- A strong network within the NSW hospitality scene
- Solid understanding of the liquor landscape, from products to trends to competition
- Confident using CRM tools and managing your pipeline like a pro
- A team player with grit, energy, and a can‑do attitude
