As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and/or white-collar roles
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Conduct regular client and site visits to support workforce needs
- Source, screen, and interview candidates with relevant skills, tickets, and licences
- Respond to job orders and match suitable candidates to roles
- Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and compliance requirements
- Manage ad placements across multiple platforms
- Develop and maintain a strong and active talent pool
- Provide ongoing communication and support to clients and workers to ensure retention and performance

About you:

- Experience building strong rapport with clients, candidates,



and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
- Confident using the Microsoft Office Suite and general systems
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Previous recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred but not essential)
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
