Wills and Estate Lawyer / General Commercial Transactions

We focus on building lasting relationships with our clients. We are looking for a Junior Lawyer with at least 1 year experience in Wills and Estates to join our growing practice group.

About the role

You will manage an active file load of private client matters. You will work closely with clients to plan their futures and assist families through difficult times.

Key responsibilities

- Draft complex wills, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney, and enduring guardianships.
- Advise clients on estate planning, asset protection, and business succession strategies.
- Manage probate and letters of administration applications.




- Guide executors and administrators through deceased estate administration and distribution.
- Maintain strong client relationships with empathy and clear communication.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD).
- Hold (or be eligible to hold) a current local Practising Certificate.
- 1+ years of post-admission experience (PAE) focused on wills, estates, and probate.
- Exceptional drafting and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
- Ability to work independently and manage files efficiently.
