Primary Inclusion Education Teacher – Prep Focus (2027)

An exciting opportunity awaits at Parklands Christian College as we seek a skilled and compassionate Primary Inclusion Education Teacher to join our team in 2027. While appointed within our Primary Inclusion Education team, the successful applicant will work predominantly with Prep students and teachers during 2027, helping our youngest learners begin their school journey with confidence and success.

About the Role

Working collaboratively with classroom teachers, families and our wider Learning Enrichment team, you will help identify and respond to the diverse learning needs of students. You will provide targeted support, contribute to individual learning plans and equip teachers with practical strategies that enable students to participate meaningfully in classroom learning.

We are looking for someone who brings skilled expertise, warmth, creativity and a genuine belief in the potential of every child.

About You

You will be an enthusiastic and relational educator who:

- Holds relevant teaching qualifications and current Queensland College of Teachers registration,
- Has experience or further qualifications in Inclusion Education, Special Education or a related field.
- Understands early childhood development and evidence-informed approaches to supporting diverse learners.
- Demonstrates patience, flexibility and excellent communication skills.
- Builds strong,



respectful partnerships with students, families and colleagues.
- Approaches challenges with creativity, professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Is committed to Christian education and can actively support the Christian ethos and values of Parklands Christian College.
- Has an active Christian faith.

Parklands Christian College is a growing Christian, co-educational school of approximately 1000 students from Prep to Year 12. Located on 42 acres at Park Ridge in Logan, the College is positioned along the southern corridor between Brisbane and Beaudesert.
