Wests Group Macarthur is seeking a Senior AML/CTF Compliance Officer to strengthen and lead the Group's AML/CTF program across multiple venues in the Macarthur region. You will protect the business from financial crime risk and ensure AUSTRAC compliance while embedding practical controls for frontline gaming teams.

You will manage a team of AML/CTF Analysts, report to the CFO, and collaborate with venue management and regulators.
