OPSM, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead 16+ stores across Newcastle and Northern NSW. Based in Newcastle, you will drive sales, mentor store leaders, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards across luxury eyewear brands.
You will recruit and develop teams, manage P&L;, and collaborate with VM, marketing and operations to achieve growth targets. No optical experience required as training is provided.
